When the different kind of personal computers have fax devices along with modems, the different kind of individuals in the organization needs to communicate with the individuals and this is a huge pressure as this kind of communication can be leaked from one person to the other person without any kind of security as well (Tjosvold 2017).
Multimedia personal computers are the revolutionary changes in the field of the communication. Such kind of computers features include sound boards, scanners along with CD-ROMS and for the different kind of advanced users, it is essential in nature to utilize the different kind of features in an effectual manner (Gilson et al. 2015). However, this is one of the major issues in the business communication process as this can leak the different kind of information in an ineffective manner. Furthermore, proper designed presentations can create dramatic effects on the audiences and this is creating positive impact on the company as well.
Lastly, women men communication is the other communication issue or barrier in the communication process wherein it is seen that the men are enjoying dominant kind of position in the organizations. There has been huge discrimination among the different men and women in the workplace and this is causing and creating discrimination among them. Both female and male employees are equally essential in nature as this will help in building proper rapport and connection as well.
Cognitive Dissonance Theory is one of the other theory wherein it will help in reducing the different kind of conflicts between the different individuals. The respective theory helps in suggesting that the person looks for the balance in the different kind of beliefs and it will help in reducing the dissonance and this will avoid hearing opposing viewpoints of the change in the beliefs of the human and match their actions (Almutairi, McCarthy and Gardner 2015).
Strategies to Remove Communication Barriers

The communication theories help in solving such issues with implementation of different strategies that include the equality among the different individuals in the workplace. The genderlect theory helps in solving the different issues in the process of communication by building status and independence as well (Ahammad et al. 2016).
Furthermore, proper analysis has to be done by the different kind of organizations wherein these kinds of theories will help in removing the discrimination of the male and female staffs at the workplace as well. The theory of planned behaviour is the same kind of theory that will help in perform the behaviour in an effectual manner. The cross-cultural issues will be solved in an effectual in nature that will provide proper views on the different kind of analysis that will help in introducing proper views on the cross-cultural communication between the different culture individuals (Ahammad et al. 2016).
