This article examines how the big data development in terms of the processes and methods differ from the small- traditional, structured data system development. Big data system developments have dramatically differed from the traditional data system development. Towards the end of the 2014, the big data deployment was still scarce and the failures were abound. Outsourcing becomes the main strategy for many organizations. Therefore, in this research it used a case study to select an outsourcing company which was successfully deployed to the big data projects. On the result of this research from the analyses of the ten outsources big data projects it was able to provide a glimpse into the early adopters of the big data. Moreover, it showed the challenges for the system development. This research is significant to this project since it shows the challenges which are encountered particularly for the system development. Moreover, the research showed the paradigm shift as well as complexity when it comes to the big data management which underscores the significance of the architecture centric design methods.
This article examines the relationship between the use of the project management methodology and the project success, along with the effect of the project governance context to this kind of relationship. The result of this study highlights that the application of the PMM usually account to 22.3% of the variation when it comes to the project success, and thus, PMMs is usually considered sufficiently comprehensive in order to manage on the project lead particularly to the higher levels of the success of the projects than the PMMs which requires supplement to the use of the project manager. This research shows that project governance usually acts as the quasi-moderator in this kind of relationship. The findings need to benefit the project management practitioners through offering insights when it comes to the choices of PMM in various governance contexts. It is important to note that the research study has some limitations one such is in the exploratory result of some of the findings, which entails further study for the validation. Another limitation is that is it unclear as to whether the respondents last projects were completed recently and this might impact their responses to the questionnaire. This study is important for my project since it provide an understanding of effectiveness of PMM. Moreover, further research need to be done as to whether moderation factors impact the relationship between project PMM and success of project.

This article examines the results of the structured review of rethinking project management
literature which are based on classification as well as analysis of 74 contributions. Additionally,
the research takes a look at the brave new world. Through this analysis, there have been a total of
six overarching categories emerged such as social, contextualization, rethinking practice,
complexity as well as uncertainty. These categories they have been able to cover wide range of
numerous contributions with wide and alternative perspective when it comes to the project
management. The literature has been published from 2006 onwards, and the research stream
from this research still remain very active. The research has critically looked at the brave new
world which exhibits the overall challenge to the RPM which has become more diffused and it
has been accepted. This paper had some limitations such as; conceptualization of RPM research
stream was broad and readers need to consider it as non monolithic with numerous sub versions.
This shows that there was a great diversity which was reviewed, and this posed the danger of
being too inclusive, but it also invite further studies of the conceptualization of the RPM. This
paper is helpful in the project undertaken since it highlights how project are undertaken and there
are wide variety of literature on how to conceptualize research and hence it was helpful on how
to get materials rated to the FNC implementation.
