There are formal and informal rewards which are given in an organization through emails which makes an employee feel recognized about the work which has been done by it. By this, the employee’s morale and the level of assertion are increased which makes the employee thrive to do more so as to achieve more (Buettner, 2015). On the basis of these conversational praises, the employees get promotion and consideration for the work done by them. Also, the other people who are associated with this work get to know how to perform better.

It is completely known that every person has various traits which are different from another person. Hence, the realization of various self-strengths and weaknesses is only possible when a person completely analyze itself from with and outside. This is majorly a psychological concept and a person will know it completely which will make it strong as a human being. When a person knows its traits and it knows itself completely there is no other hurdle which can stop it from any other problems in life. It can always work upon the strong parts as well on the weak so as to improve completely as a human being who is not that easy to be defeated. Coles Supermarket is a very big entity in Australia operating under the parent company Wesfarmers. It is basically dealing with products for people to click and collect which means that it is operating online. So, being a very good holder of the market this company has some basic criteria for selecting a candidate and also it has some aims and objectives set for it. So, being a part of this organization as an employee is the very big deal. So anyone who is aiming to be a part of it has to do the analysis of its strengths and weaknesses. Cole’s supermarkets have been a dream to work with so a person getting placed there is just like a dream come true. So, with all the strengths and weaknesses I had personally. I got a chance to give the interview of the company which helped me to get a chance for getting into the company (Bianca 2018). Hence, the interview process as the company is very tough and not so reliable that it takes a lot of tasks as well as assessments on the basis of the job opening in the company. So, I applied for the job of the salesman in the company as I was having good communication skills. The job was posted on the company’s website from which I further initiated my application so as to give it a go. Firstly, they tested me upon my patience level and then my interview was taken which was a success and I got a chance to work for the organization after a long assessment process (methods.sagepub 2018). Everything happened in a very soothing manner and they liked my strengths and weaknesses which I presented very nicely to the company for the post I was applying to work.
Self-improvement is an ongoing process which goes for the lifetime of a person. Perfection is an illusion it does not exist in case of human. So in order to find new ways to cope up with weaknesses each and every person develops a new thing. Changes are inevitable so as the demand for the time changes so the rise of strengths and weaknesses keeps on fluctuating (Lennon 2018). So this process is always regarded as a selflessness hope where a person always keeps on rising its traits and its capabilities to do more and more in order to change the scenario and to deal with the environment in which it is working in better than other. There are competitors in case of humans as well as company’s who have to work upon themselves so as to be in the market for the longest period of time. A person who is more vulnerable to these changes which keep on coming as there is no certainty as in for the developments and the requirements for the developments in the life of a human (Ezeanu 2012).
Being an adaptive fellow to the things which are happening around may helps, curiosity is the key to every knowledge, doing things which the person is most interested in, trying new things, taking up challenges and risks which are happening around so as to be the key player, coming up with the internal and external changes as a human being, updating self knowledge is a must in order to improve a person and so on (effective-mind-control 2008). Likewise, these techniques for the self-improvement will help a person to have an edge over everyone in the market. It is important to stand out from the crowd so as to make an appearance for itself in a market in order to reach heights in career. This justification also had given a light to self-restructuring and continues improvements which are necessary for a human being for its lifetime. It has also been concluded that it is very important for an individual to be self-sufficient in order to know as to where it is going and where it has to lead further in its long-term progression.
