Thus, workforce diversity is the major opportunity as well as the biggest challenge for the 21st-century managers. It has been noted that “diversity management” is a strategy to encourage the acknowledgment, awareness, and implementations of diversity in the firm. The managers and leaders require to shift their approach from treating each group of employees alike to identifying and recognizing differences among them and following such strategies and policies so as to promote creativity, improve and enhance productivity, reduce labor turnover and ignore any sort of discrimination.
