The optimization and the improvement in the current process would be helpful in reducing and minimization of the errors at different level in the organization.
The report is used for the analysis on the case study of the Crater Lakes Caravan and Camping Park. The analysis of the processes of the organization has been done in descriptive way in the report. The process categorization modelling, capability maturity model, case function matrix and along with some illustrations.
For processing the model of categorization of the Carter Lakes Caravan and Camping Park the interrelation among all the procedures of the organization is required to the be developed so that Porters model is followed. In addition to this, the designing of the activities can be done successfully with the help of the model provided.
It is a hierarchical series of best practices which correspond to elementary engineering. Originally structured as a way to understand how well a company knows its own capabilities and limitations, it has unfortunately migrated into a standard for auditing, leading to trying to satisfy auditors instead of understanding the concepts

For the modelling of the laundry cleaning for the system the organization would be using the business process modelling system which would be helpful in defining the process and drawbacks and also they would be able to re-design the process for the betterment of the system.
For the modelling of the Security for the system the organization would be using the business process modelling system which would be helpful in defining the process and check the drawbacks of the security and re-design the process for the betterment of the system.
The 7PMG process has been implemented to improve the cleaning process and the also would be increasing the efficiency of the cleaning process.
The 7PMG have been applied on the security of the system to identify the probable drawbacks of the system and automate the process which would be increasing the security of the system.
The discussion is being done in accordance with the 7PGM model, and there has been a definition about the different components which are to inter related with the implementation of the 7PGM model. The events and the process that are ending arte also in association with this model. It has also been identified that the successful design of the model would be of great help with the project so that the preliminary objectives can be met. The first process chosen for this case is the cleaning and laundry. Only the registered users are allowed to access the car parking lot to check the available empty locations. From all around the outlying areas the camper travelers can book for their desires.
Modeling of Processes of Crater Lakes Caravan and Camping Park
The second process that has been chosen for this specific case scenario is the security. It is the responsibility of the security guards to evaluate and process the necessary roles so that Crater Lakes Caravan and Camping Park project objectives can meet the success criteria and other assumptions. According to the security perspectives only the registered people are allowed to access the parking and laundry services. Through the process of a card swiping the usage of the washing machine can be avail by the project manager. For the campers small sized fridges are also available.
All the above mentioned factors will be merged together to visualize the model successfully. Again route minimization is another important factors that has to be considered by the project head to meet the project success criteria and objectives at the same time. Specifically, for the project “Crater Lakes Caravan and Camping Park”, the cycle time is also calculated in the below section.
Cleaning will take a time: 30 Minutes
Picking rubbish and rubbish disposal: 45 Minutes
Cleaning the site: 5 Minutes
Mowing takes a time: 10 Minutes
Cleaning of the cabins will take: 45 Minutes
Total time taken for the project completion: (30+45+5+45+10) = 135 Minutes
The total time for the security will take the below segmentations
Park security: 60 minutes
Gates lock up: 15 minutes
Emergency services: 15 minutes
Checking for the empty cabins by the security guards: 15 Minutes
Total tome taken for this (60+15+15+15) =105 Minutes

It provides powered and non-powered sites which are available for renovating the whole website. Various kinds of accommodation are provided for both long term and short term instance. On checking it is seen that both long and short term register are needed for signing a register. It should provide all the details of the driver and current license. Without the tamper the vehicle addressed needs to checked in for proper kind of communication. In addition to it all kind of check in needed for providing a proper kind of map.

Conclusion
From the overall discussion it can be concluded that in order to successfully implement the business process for the project “Crater Lakes Caravan and Camping Park”, accurate business model is required to be considered. Apart from this it is the responsibility of the project manager to make sure that within the estimated time phases the project activities are to be successfully accomplished. For the current business managers, the process of business modelling has becoming one of the highest priorities.
