Self-Introduction:
I am a self-dependant person who loves to do my work myself. Since childhood, I have planned to make a better life and living. I have completed my masters in business management. I had a deep concern for management field since I was a child and wanted to join a reputed company with my management skills. I had completed my schooling with A+ grade in my academic field and desired to study further in management field. I have always targeted to join the corporate sector and make a remarkable performance in my job life. However, after completing my masters I had given interview for few companies and got offers from three companies. Among them, I had selected the motor vehicle company. Presently I am placed in Ford Company as the HR in one of their branch. The role of an HR is to enhance productivity, performance by developing a competency among the workers. The HR supports the workers to meet their target. I feel I have the potential in me to motivate the workers and employees to meet the target and also help them to meet the daily challenges faced by them. I have a very friendly attitude towards my co-workers at the same time I maintain a restriction to the behaviour I maintain with them. I am concerned about the work target and also motivate my workers to meet their target on a regular basis. My work thesis believes the fact that we should love our work and enjoy it every minute. We should work while having fun and also have fun while working. I do not believe on the fact that life should be concerned only about work targets and nothing else. I am working in this company for the last 2 years and have gained experience in this field to a certain extent, however, I believe their no end to learn more or know more. I expect to see myself as the area head within the next 5 years, that will depend completely on my work performance and behaviour. The job role that I have selected for myself suits my personality and skills as I am a motivating person since childhood and show a keen interest in resolving others issues. I try to understand people’s problem and solve them with a mutual understanding and concern. Thus, I felt this job role is ideal for me and this would help to succeed in my work life. I have that potential capacity in me to implement the positive attitude towards everything in myself and others and that will help to create a better work environment in the company.
It includes a detail study of how the environment and other factors are affecting my company in its development, it will be continued by the job role that I play and how it will help the company to meet any of these challenges.

The political environment in America is supportive for business environment and is completely in favour for economy growth. Thus the company does not face much challenges regarding this issue. The government supports the technology innovation and helps the company to advance in the field of technology and innovation. However, if the company is targeting for international market scope then they have to make sure that the countries they are planning to expand must have the similar economic stability and condition. The problem arises when the company is targeting to reach the global market. The US dollar is a strong currency that includes the costing expenses of the company for production. The production cost for the company is met by this currency, however if these products has to be sold in the international market then the price might get reduced depending on their currency and the company might incur loss in such situation. |

There is an increasing demand for electric and hybrid automobiles in the environment and the society is also looking forward for better and well equipped card and automobiles. This is the biggest opportunity for such technically advance companies to create their own market demand and product demand in the society. The company has a moderate attitude about customer service and this shows the strength of the company over the society. The wealth gap plays a vital role in the society that determines the demand for the cars in society. The wealth gap defines a situation when the generations are looking for either extremely premium brands or products or desire for low cost products. The company has to make sure that they are meeting all the requirement in the society, that is they are meeting both the customers in the society and maintaining their demand in all the sections of the society. |

The use of mobile computing has helped the company to reach a new height in nature and make a new position in the market. The company is hi-light technical and is devoted the advance technology used by them to provide the best services in nature. The increase use of online service has helped to reach the customers and wholesalers in a faster and easier way. The company is flourishing with the help of online marketing system and online communication system with the stakeholders. The company’s growth is providing a threat to the alternate fuel vehicles as there is a limited supply of alternative fuel stations. They need to focus on services strategy and technology advancement to meet the issues and challenges that are probable for the company. |

The climate, low-carbon trend, declining oil reserves plays a vital role determining the demand for the company product in the market. The climate change helps to create opportunity for the company to grow through products that enhances the conservation in environment. Their low carbon trend is also equally important in the role of creating a demand for the product in the market. The company can use products that enhance the use of less oil this declining the oil reserves on remote area. This will create a higher demand for this brand in the society. |

The above study has stated the advantages and disadvantages of the company that the environment might cause to them. They are facing very less challenges as the US government has full support for industry growth and success. The companies faces many supportive initiatives taken by the government and society to create their own market and transact with the nation. The study has hi-lighted the problems faced by the company that includes a wealth gap, which is common for remote countries or areas(Royle and Laing 2014). The remote areas will not be able to meet the cost and thus the market over there will be reduced for this particular brand. There are difference in income that also determines the demand for the demand for the product. The company has to make sure that they are producing product according to the customer income and capacity to buy the cars.
Career Goals and Job Selection at Ford
The primary goals that I have in my work life as follows:
- Improve the skill knowledge among the employees: this requires a proper understanding of the workers skill and knowledge so that I can help them to improve their skills further and educate them about the changes required in the company(Habermann 2017). I must have a brief idea about their capability to help them to educate themselves more to create a better scope for understanding and creating a work environment. I will do this by taking a regular test of the workers that will give me an idea about their knowledge and thus I can further proceed with that conception. It will take a period of more than 6 months to get the workers customized with their job role and create a better understanding of their job life.
- Create a better target and motivation among the workers: I will personally meet the workers and listen to their grievance about the work environment or work place. The workers will be able to share their issues without any hesitation as I have that must trust on my way of approach and thus will be able to make the workers understand how to meet the challenges and still get motivated to work(Schwarzer,2014.). The workers must be made to realize the importance of the company goal and target(Basart and Serra 2013). The time period will not be limited in such cases as the worker has to be asked about their issues on a daily basis so that they are not facing any issue while working in the company. The process will include a daily workshop or personal meeting with the workers.
- Enhance the sales of the company: To enhance the sale of the company the workers must be attracted or motivated with extra privileges of incentive or bonus that will give them a reason to find interest in the work. The workers has to be motivated to work more and increase the sale of the company so that the company can reach a new height(Shaw 2013). This is also a continuous process and no fixed time can be given to this process.
- Improve the marketing strategies: To improve the market strategy the present demand and market strategies has to be understood first. It is important to know the present market strategies so that I can analyse the profit scale or the market reaction from the present market strategies. Depending on the present demand the required changes has to be made(Ulrich et al 2013). The time to time check on the market demand has to be maintained, a regular check on the profit scale has to be made and a n update technology for marketing has to be followed.
- Developing a better understanding among the workers: It is always important to create a scope of better understanding among the workers to create a healthy work environment and motivate the workers to work efficiently. The workers must co-ordinate and co-operate among each other to provide a better work place. A regular meeting or free time to spend must be given to the workers so that they get time to interact among each other. If the workers are working together, the work production will automatically get uplifted.
My ethics and professional value were formed by the morals that were taught to me in my academic life. I was always taught be dedicated and efficient to the work that is given to me. The efficiency and motivation that I get for my work are the reflection of my interest in the subject. I strongly believe that if we do not have any interest on a topic then thousand dedication information also cannot motivate us to work efficiently. It is the reflection of my love and keen interest towards the job role(Wirtz and Daiser 2018). I am dedicated towards my job and believe that I can bring the best out of that(Hartman, DesJardins and MacDonald 2014). This gives me the potential to work hard and give my best and possible dedication to the company.
Ethics is the moral principles that is present inside an individual that governs them to work accordingly. It eliminates the scope for illegal or unethical working of any individual. It the mere morality and good belongings of an individual that is reflected in their behaviour and work process. The term ethics defines to be extremely dedicated to the culture and work with a full dedicating power that will help the organization or individual to grow further in future.
The ethics that I follow was implemented in me by my school-teachers and family. they always taught me how to become a good human being before becoming a professional human being. The need for good work and progress is important in our life, however before all this we must be a good person within and progress our self-culture and thinking. Thus, my ethics arose from the mentioned sources and I strongly believe that they will be preserved in me forever. I strongly believe in dedication, that is if I am working for a company then I will give my best to improve the condition of the company.

The results show a better understanding of employees, resolving issues, handling situation has been my strength since the early days. The job that I have applied for is related to marketing and has high scopes for me to achieve my target in this field. The marketing section requires confidence and self-understanding before you go to make other understand. Thus if I am unable to make myself understand about the product or service then i will never be able to make other understand. I have to maintain a good understanding about products and make the clients understand its importance then only they will opt for the product or service. My strongest skills are managing situation, analysing situation that will help me to be an area manager to understand the situation crisis and meet the need of that area. The skills that are required for my job role matches with this and thus are helpful for me to create a better scope in my new ob role. The only thing that I require to acquire is a strong knowledge about the present technology that is used to keep myself updated about the latest technology and its usage.
