Technology has become one of the important parts in an individual life. The development of technology and industrialization is evident enough for generating employee awareness. An increase in the technological use is one of the important parameter that helps in balancing personal and professional goal. It is also associated with the productivity and development of managing employees stress level (Benn, Dunphy and Griffiths, 2014). Communication and technology is not new for the company but also requires an effective outlook in order to gain competent result. This is evident from the point of understanding the capacity which will allow in managing the consistent result. There is a well developed research line which is important enough to gain effectiveness. The importance of information and technology is an important way to define the long-term effective role. This primarily defines the functions and allow in managing the changes (Bargal and Schmid, 2012).
As per the research made, majority of people faced problem in incorporating technology at the workplace. It is important enough for incorporating effective technology in order to gain accuracy. The employees are finding difficulty in arranging the technology. It is important to manage the changes that are taking place in the business environment. This is evident to improvise the situation in the existing business environment (Boonstra, 2008). Majority of business organizations are facing issues in implementing effective changes in ensuring the technological intervention. However, as per the data collected most of the people oppose technological changes. This is due to the fact that that the people are not ready to implement changes at workplace. As per the research conducted, most of the employees denied that they do not get proper training at the time of introduction of technological changes. This is not necessary that every organization will not give proper training. It is obvious that most of the organization expects that the employees must be aware of technology. However the scene is that, some of the employees are not technology friendly. It is therefore causing hindrance in organizational growth. This is highly recommended that the employees which are untrained require an effective training session that will allow them to disburse the functions in the most effective way. Most of the people as per the research as per the research has stated that they did not any such problem in implementing level of technological changes at the workplace. This is directly related with the people acceptance to the change. It is obvious for a business organization to implement any such changes that will allow in managing adequacy. Challenges Faced by Organizations in Implementing Effective Changes
Most of the people interviewed are in favour of the thought that the software training is mandatory for the organization. It is necessary for accommodating the employees about the changes that are taking place in the organization. The changes in the software therefore create a necessity for accommodating an individual to the change. It is highly recommended to accommodate the employees about the change so that they are able to work efficiently
As per the research made, most of the people were neutral at the time of introduction of change. It is an obvious fact that people do not accept the changes that are made in an organization. This is necessary from the point of wellbeing of the company to make each and every individual accustomed to the change. However the research has shown that people are neutral towards the changes. This is might be due to the fact that people understand that they cannot do anything about the change. So in terms of accepting the changes, it is obvious that Employees resistance is superseded by the management. In order to incorporate effective changes in an organization, technological changes are an important parameter that allows in growth (Hayes, 2014). In order to gain adequate result, the purpose is to manage the changes and allowing fruitful results. There is large impact of using old fashioned technology at workplace. Most of the organizations these days are competent with a high end technology. In such a situation it is recommended to implement an effective technology that will allow in gaining competitive advantage. This is necessary for managing the changes in the most accurate way. From the point of generating effective results and managing technological competency the purpose is to accustom the people to the high-end technology (Huczynski and Buchanan, 2010). According to them the extra training session causes wastage of time. The employees have to deviate a lot of time in the training session. This hampers the general course of action. The purpose of the training session is to help employees in overcoming the problem. Hoverer under an excessive pressurized situation, it is necessary to manage the situation by providing an efficient training session at first place (Rothwell, et al 2009). By providing with an extra session, employees might find difficulty in attaining effectiveness at work. There interest is mostly diverted which might cause inefficiency.

It is due to the fact that the employees are generally affected by the change which requires a regular support from their manager. It is necessary from the point of view of an individual employee growth. A supporting manager is important for implementing the change. It is necessary for incorporating effective changes and developing high end resourcefulness. The purpose is to attain better roles and responsibilities and attaining effectiveness that help in managing accuracy. The purpose here is to incorporate the changes and gaining responsibilities (Storey, 2007). The technological change at times requires support from the senior. This is important from the point of gaining accurate role and maintaining the balance. It is evident from the point of view of managing the most effective way of building organizational value. Employees are ready to match up with the expectations and allow in meeting the roles and responsibility. This is necessary for regulating the organizational roles and maintaining the responsibility in order to build long term results.
Most of the people have opinion that they do not know the viability of technological experimentation in the competitive world. They do believe that the technological experimentation has nothing to do with the business environment. In order to recognize the organizational competency, it is necessary that the organization has to manage the vital changes. This is necessary from the point of view of gaining competent results and projecting forward the different role and responsibility. These changes are necessary for maintaining the balance and allowing the possible growth. Most of the employees are with the view that the technological change has a high impact on the employees. This affects the productivity. Some of the employees found that the technological change has a positive impact on the productivity whereas some of the employees found that the technological change has a negative impact on the overall productivity. There are few employees in the organization who do not understand the importance of technological change. It is important from the point of gaining adequate results and matching up with the organizational purpose and role. The employees do not want to accommodate themselves to the change. In such a situation, it is important to accommodate them to the changes so they can perform well. Employees do find difficulty in implementing technology at workplace (Bratton and Gold, 2017). Technology change has a long-term impact on the organizational productivity. Under such a situation it is important to understand the mindset of the employees and to deliver the possible result.
