Team work is the building block of attaining success in the long run. Be it in school or colleges or even in the professional sectors, all the team members have to work together in proper collaboration so that they can attain the long term goals and objectives. They will have to nurture their strengths for the welfare of the organization and also work on their areas of weakness so that they can overcome them gradually (Dennis et al., 2015).
The facilitator has chosen some of the students and has assigned them into a group. This is because the facilitator has seen that these students contain some or the other kinds of potential and strength that can make the group work very well. However like every other group there will surely be some or the other kinds of problems involved in the group. They will have to work together and find out their weaknesses. They will also have to figure out their strength and work for nurturing them for all the future endeavors (Wang, Waldman & Zhang, 2014). They will also find out all the areas of their improvement and work towards it. They will have to put forward huge effort and hard work for overcoming the drawbacks within them and them. Importance of empathy and positivity
The possible areas of weakness among the team can be the quality of wooing that is present among some of the team members. This is a trait that is needed for the good working of a team as it helps in meeting new people and impressing them. This is one of the good ways of gaining knowledge and gaining new experiences from many strangers. However this trait might not be very useful all the time. There are strangers who can take the undue advantage of this trait. They can appear very friendly and impressed by the team members and then ditch them at the end. As this quality initiates the team members to take the initiative of talking with strangers and developing a kind of connection with them might often have a bad impression on the strangers as well. Same is the trait of include. This might create a negative impression among some of the teammates or they might feel that they are being forced to participate in something that they don’t want to.
The team building activity is arranging for a life highlight game. This is a very interesting game and it will help in bringing all the team members very close to one another. Louise can become the leader as he is having the restorative and the consistency skill. This will help the team members to keep up their patience and their energy throughout the game. They will be asked to close their eyes and reflect on some very precious and beautiful moments of their lives. After that they will have to say what part of their past experiences they will wish to live again if they had only 30 seconds left in their hands. This will help in making the team members get very close to one another (Shemla et al., 2016). The team members will utilize their skills of communication and will communicate their feelings and the experiences that they had. In the course of doing this, it can happen that some of the members might become very emotional. As the team members are empathetic, they will take care of the feelings and the emotions of each and every member.

Effective team work qualities
Louise has always been active in maintaining the consistency of the team. He has been very consistent in all his efforts throughout all the team activities that have been undertaken. This is very essential as there is the need of a consistency among all the team members so that they can put their 100% effort in each and every aspect. This has been one of the most essential traits of the team. The restorative skill has been used very wisely. It has been very helpful for restoring back the energy and the mental strength of the team whenever it was necessary.

I have learnt that I need to be responsible, empathetic, includer and a careful person as well. I will also have to inculcate the quality restorative skill within myself. This will help me to restore the strength and the moral setup of each and every team member whenever there will be any downfall on the part of the team mates. This is one of the most important qualities that I need to restore because this will help me in providing proper moral support. There can be times when the team will undergo some defeat and some failure. It is at this point of time that I will be able to restore the confidence of my team members by encouraging them (Perry-Smith & Shalley, 2014).
I will recommend that I stay very alert about my qualities as well. I will try to work upon the quality of wooing. This will help me to interact with the strangers in a proper way. I will be able to recognize the motif of all the people. I will try not to allow anyone to take the undue advantage of m weakness or my kind nature. I will be empathetic towards all the team members but at the same time I must be professional as well. I will make sure that there is a proper decorum and a set of rules that is equal for all. I will not be the victim of biasness. I will try to maintain a proper transparency among myself and my team mates. I will also try to keep calm over my anger. I will not take the undue advantage of my power or my position. I will always try my level best to keep a balance between my personal and professional life. I cannot make the outburst of my personal tensions over my co workers or teammates. All these will help me to improve my contribution towards the team.
Conclusion
So, it can be concluded that all the team members have worked together for the proper welfare of their team. They are all capable of an effective team work and they also have the opportunities for working on their flaws and then overcoming the same in the long run.
