The project of “Retail digitisation is a valuable opportunity for marketing professionals to increase consumer requirement awareness” is done for analysing the scope of incrementing the customer requirement awareness. The research process for the project would be based for the development of final project operations. The Gantt chart is deployed for listing the activities of the project and aligning the development of the operations favouring the deployment of the operations. The Gantt chart of the project is shown below,

The complete project Gantt chart is divided into 6 phases and the explanation of the phases is given below,
Initialization and Documentation: The initialization and documentation of the project is based on the initial project activities like initiation activities of the project, initiation of the documents, project charter is made, and signing of the documents.
Selection of the Topic: The selecting of the topic is another important phase of the project and it includes the activities like list of appropriate topics is made, analysis of the feasibility of the topics, appropriate topic after feasibility study is selected, and accumulating resources for the study.
Literature Review: The literature review comprises of forming a proper analysis of the topic to be researched. The activities of the phase are various articles, journals, and books are read, validating the resources of the project, collection of the data from various resources, and literature review is completed.
Analysis of Influence of Retail Digitization: The phase is characterized by the analysis of the existing involvement of the customers, inclusion of the retail digitization is done, data on consumer awareness is collected, and analysis of the data is being carried on and the completion of these activities would result in forming the analysis of the final report development for retail digitization of the operations.
Data Collection and Analysis: The data collection and analysis is based on the deployment of the operations and the activities included in the project is collection of data on consumer awareness, trend analysis with marketing professionals is done, increase in consumer requirement awareness is noted, and summarization of the data analysis.
Final Report and Documentation: The final report and documentation is aligned for the deployment of the documentation reports. The activities include final reports are made, documents are submitted, and documents are signed off. The final report development would be formed for listing the analysis of the successive development of the reports.
Conclusion
It can be concluded from the study that the project is “Retail digitisation is a valuable opportunity for marketing professionals to increase consumer requirement awareness” is deployed for the analysis of the effective study and it provided a valuable opportunity for marketing professionals to increase consumer requirement awareness” is used for forming the analysis of the effective documentation.
