Personnel management especially of service and kitchen staff is a great challenge to any bar business. The stresses that come with such an environment leads to high staff turn over

Time commitment-to operate such a business it needs someone who is ready to commit their time to the business. One has to oversee supplies, purchases logistics on a daily basis
