The main reason for the problems are the barriers in their dialect along with the diverse culture of the travellers. Additionally, the other problems that are present are that the tourists may not have any idea regarding the places that they want to visit. Thus the use of the mobile application will help the tourists in connecting with each other so that they can plan and visit the places in a joint manner (Korbel et al., 2013).
There are various benefits that can be provided to the customers with the help of this business idea. The use of the mobile application will allow the travellers in connecting with each other so that they can travel and plan together to visit a particular place. This will result in helping the tourists in the following manner:

The company needs to research the market in a proper manner so that it can help them in launching the product in an effective manner. The results that will be taken by researching the market will help the company in understanding its target customers. Additionally, the organization needs to take in to account the feedback that I provided by the tourists so that the application can be developed in a proper manner (Pilar, Jorge & Cristina, 2013).

The business is regarding the launch of mobile application that will help the travellers in getting better information of the places that they want to visit. The effective use of technology will result in making the application launch in the market in a successful manner.
