Written Assignment 2: Based on the organization you studied in part 1, you will create a change-management plan. Put yourself into the position of a consultant presenting recommendations to the CEO of the organization. Present your recommendations in a PowerPoint presentation of eight to 10 slides. You will explain and justify whether the organization is prepared through its current culture to meet the needs and challenges of the future. Your presentation should include:
a. An evaluation of the current situation and analysis of whether the current culture is sufficient to meet the needs of the future, or if it needs to change. Include the ramifications of doing nothing (keeping the culture the way it is).
b. A recommendation for changes, with specific involvement and strategies that need to be taken by the leadership of the organization, including communication of the changes and response to resistance to change.
c. Justification and support for the recommended changes, based on both your own observations and the literature (at least three sources).
