ABSTRACT:
Recruitment and selection are important step and process in every organization for selecting and hiring people who will add or create value to the organization because recruitment and selection process helps to organize application by divided them by under qualified or overqualified, to increase the possibility of increasing and choosing the success person to the right place. Implementing recruitment and selection process in the company lead this company to the top as it shown on Etisalt Company when “It has been named ‘Best Overall Operator’ in the Middle East six times since 2006 and was named Best International Carrier at the World Communications Awards in 2008.” (Corporate Profile, 2011) That’s way we chose recruitment and selection in etisalt company as a topic of our project.
We divided this project into three parts, the first part will be about introduction which contain the meaning of recruitment and selection , the importance of them in the organization , the difference between them and how Etisalat Company provide recruitment and selection process through employee live cycle. The second part will be about brief history of the company which will contain the background of Etisalat Company and some facts and figures about Etisalat Company. The third part will be about the result of using the recruitment and selection process in the company. Finally we will be with the conclusion and the recommendation.
