Whenever you want to cancel your order, ensure you contact our support team as soon as possible using the available methods of communication. This includes live chat, email or phone call. This should be followed by a cancelation message on your personal order page. If you follow these instructions, you can be sure to have your order canceled as soon as possible.

It is important to NOTE that you cannot receive a 100% refund for an order that has been completed and delivered on time. In this case, you can only request a refund on quality concerns. No writer was found to work on my order

My paper was late

There are many reasons why your order might be delivered late. You cannot apply nor receive a lateness refund if we delivered your paper late because you uploaded the extra materials we were to use in processing your order late. Ensure you give all instructions and upload all materials needed in processing your order as soon as you place the order. This will ensure that the writer has all the necessities required for your order to be delivered on time.

In case the first version of your order is delivered late due to other reasons, you can request a recalculation of the price or you can also request a refund. The recalculation is done according to the time your order was delivered. For example’ if your order that was supposed to be delivered within 8 hours is delivered an hour later, it will fall into the 24hours delivery category and thus it should cost less. After recalculation, the extra amount will be refunded. If the lateness occurs in a large order, you can request for a refund and get a refund of up to 7% of the original cost.

The revision of my paper was late 

Revision deadlines are usually set individually and thus price recalculation and delay refunds do not apply in such a case. In case you request to have your paper revised by a different writer, you might have to give us up to 12 hours so that we will have enough time to get a writer who is qualified and is able to handle your paper. If your paper is due in 7 days, you can set a deadline of 5 days to leave enough time for a revision where necessary.

I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper delivered. However, I accept the paper and will revise it myself and thus I request a partial refund.

If the paper delivered to you does not satisfy your expectations or academic needs, you can request a free revision. The revision can be done by the writer who worked on your order or you can request to have a different writer be assigned to revise your paper.

After choosing this option, you are provided with the MS word version of the paper. You are then given 14 days to give strong reasons and examples as to why you were not fully satisfied with the paper delivered. You can share your version of the paper to be used as supporting evidence. After providing the evidence you can receive up to a 40% refund. Contact our support team if you want to request a partial refund in a case where you have approved the last version of your order.

If you fail to provide supporting documents after your partial refund request within 14 days, your dispute will be canceled and this makes any refund impossible. This means after the passing of the 14 days without you providing any evidence, refund becomes impossible.

To request for any partial refund, ensure you press on the refund button on your personal order page. This should be within 14 days after the day the order was approved after which no refund is possible.

I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of the paper delivered to me. I have decided to write it myself and thus I request a full refund.

You can request a free revision if you are completely dissatisfied with the quality of the paper delivered to you. The paper can be revised by your writer or you can request to have a different writer assigned to revise your order.

If you have not yet approved the first version of your order, you can request a full refund by pressing the refund button on your personal order page. After pressing this button, choose “I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of the paper delivered to me. I have decided to revise the paper myself and thus I request a full refund”

If you choose this option, the paper delivered to you can be posted online for commercial purposes. This is because you have indicated that you are not interested in using the paper. You are then provided with the MS word version of the paper and you are supposed to provide strong reasons and examples to support your claim. This evidence should be provided within 14 days from the day you request a refund. Failure to provide the information needed within the specified time will lead to the cancelation of your dispute after which no refund is possible. You can upload your version of the paper as evidence that our paper did not meet any of your expectations. The paper is reviewed and discarded immediately. Our Dispute Department will review your supporting evidence and the paper delivered to you and you can receive up to 100% refund at the discretion of our Dispute Department.

Progressive Delivery order

The revision deadline for orders using the progressive delivery feature is different as you have 21 days to request a refund after initial approval. You cannot request a full refund once you have approved a part of the order and the writer has moved to the next part. You can request a free revision for the approved part. You can only request a refund for the part that has not been approved.

Each part of the order becomes non-refundable once the “approve” button on your personal order page is pressed. The 10% delivery fee is also non-refundable no matter what happens with your order.

Samples service

A fee of $5 is paid to view writing samples of a certain writer upon request in case you want to change the writer working on your order. It is your responsibility to view the sample on time after it has been delivered to you. This is because you only have 2 hours from the time the sample is delivered to request a change of the writer working on your order. If you fail to request the change within the two hours, we view this as an acceptance of the writer. This fee is non-refundable even in a case where you view the files late or even when you fail to view them after they have been delivered.

Writer’s category

There is an extra fee that is paid to have your paper assigned to an ENL (English as a Native Language)   or Advanced writer. In some very rare cases, we might not find an available writer in the category to work on your order at that time. We might select a writer from a lower category such as Best Available who is available and able to work on your order and the extra fee is refunded to your account.

A copy of the sources used

Immediately a copy of the sources used is delivered together with your order, this fee becomes non-refundable. In case the sources are not delivered together with your order, this fee is refunded to your account.

I received my paper but I forgot to approve it.

After the paper has been delivered to your personal order page, you are sent an email notifying you that your order has been completed and delivered.
