How would you explain the differences or similarities between national and international human resources to a company’s top management? How would you advise them to align the roles, the processes, and people within the international organization?

International and national human resources have similar major components like performance management, planning, training, and development, recruitment, industrial relations, and compensation. They both dealing with different constraints like economic, political, legal, and cultural issues in within job. Human Resources make sure the organization has the maximum satisfaction, promote sustainable development, and increase potential human capital.When it comes to taxation it varies significantly from country to country. National HR have to deal with one taxation system. Diversity for the international HR have to have broader knowledge on cultures in order for everyone to have fair treatment. International HR are more involved in the personal lives of employees while national HR are limited in that area. Human Resources in the international level have external forces influencing them and national HR really don’t have deal with it. Labor laws are different from country to country.
