Over course of the rest of the semester, keep a record of all physical activity. You need to record scheduled exercise as well as physical activity you accumulate throughout the day. You can present this in any way that works best for you (ex. table, chart, etc.) The only thing you need to make sure is that it is typed and has all necessary information. Necessary information includes type of activity, intensity, duration, and any other details you would like to share. See example below:
