Answer these questions with a well developed response. Refer to specific scenes/examples from the documentary to help answer the question. 1) Reich presents to us the Economics concept of the “Virtuous Cycle.” Name at least two of the components. Next, explain how one component leads into the next component. As you are naming and explaining how one component leads into the other component, apply a real-life example to each component to show how it relates to either your life or some else’s life.
2) In the film, we see that from the 1950s-1960s, colleges and universities were free. Why was that? Explain. Next, describe how that makes you feel. do you think we should return to that? Explain.

How would you persuade a wealthy person of the one percent class to pay taxes higher than 11%-15% of their income? use examples from the film to solidify your argument.
