Risk Management:
- Describe your group’s risk profile and explain why it is appropriate
- Identify at least ten risks in your project
- Perform qualitative risk analysis
- Plan the risk responses to threats
- Create a template risk register for the project.
- Explain how the risk register will be used throughout the life of the project
- Create a risk management plan that is informed by the risks you have identified, the analysis you have conducted (including a probability / impact matrix) and details why the project will respond to risks as planned (responses should be relative to your described risk profile). Also provide a risk budget.
