Find an actual waiver in sport. You may use a waiver you have at work or from another sport organization. It is recommended that you get permission from the appropriate individual(s) to use the form, but you do not have to identify the organization you got it from.
1. Scan the waiver or download it to your computer. If you don’t have access to a scanner, you may download a form from the Internet. (The Waiver Is Attached)
2. Write and post a critique of the waiver along with the original waiver to the Discussion Board. In your critique, include a minimum of three (3) things the organization has done correctly and at least three (3) weaknesses in the form (e.g., things you may have included, deleted or said differently).
Be sure to: 1) identify the legal source of the issue; 2) use and define the legal words/phases that apply; 3) include a minimum of two [2] internet references; 4) properly cite and reference all sources using APA format; 5) you are required to post substantial responses to at least two classmates’.
