Here is my community review.
I live in San Antonio, TX; and I am mother and military wife. In my community is made of diverse ethnic group, different race, religion. San Antonio is a growing city at the heart of a booming corridor with many business-friendly elements. Since this pandemic, my husband and few friends like to stay healthy. Regular physical activity helps everybody feel better and improves overall health. Walking is an excellent form of physical activity. The pace of life in San Antonio can be as active or as quiet as one chooses. Living in a destination city has its benefits. Families appreciate having year-round access to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and SeaWorld San Antonio. Foodies enjoy every genre of cuisine from food trucks in South town to the beloved Tex-Mex and barbecue.
Since I am a military wife, I join women club of husband who from military with mental illness like PTSD. Here help find on how we can help give back to them for their service. We focus on how we can help the community during this pandemic time. I join this group because I am mother and wife and my husband suffer from PTSD, which can be very stressful. What I love talking to other women on how to deal with this and there is help. Most women just need to talk, and yes, I am good listener. Helping other people and cope with stressful life is something we all need. I also love to pray for other, who do not need prayer during this time. Since the pandemic, life changed drastically, but we stay in touch by Facebook chat, zoom, and even messenger. We are all like family, research shows that family support can play a major role in helping a loved one with mental and substance use disorders. Being support and having the support is something that we all need especially during this time. One thing I love at the end of our group talk is praying. I truly believe prayer changes things. I have seen so many changes since we pray every day.
